Cooking Directions:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. In medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt margarine; stir in flour, bouillon, basil, garlic powder and pepper.
3. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until slightly thickened and bubbly.
4. Stir in chicken; heat through.
5. In large serving bowl, combine hot cooked pasta and sauce; toss to coat.
6. Serve immediately with Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
