Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, powdered mustard and salt.
3. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly and bubbles. Remove from heat.
4. Add 1 cup cheese; stir until melted. Add cooked pasta.
5. Spoon into a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
6. Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes.
